Hello and welcome!

We are excited to share this valuable information with Boeing employees and their families. This welcome page will detail how the Boeing Preferred Partnership works along with valuable resources.

How the Preferred Partnership Option works

To receive network benefits, generally you and your family need to use only providers in the Embright network. Urgent care* and emergency care are covered at the network level even if the provider is not in the Embright network, or if you are traveling outside the Puget Sound region and you need emergency care.

If you receive medical services from providers who are not in the Embright network, and the services are not for urgent care or emergency care, those services would be covered at the non-network level in the Traditional Medical Plan and the Advantage+ health plan. In the Select Network Plan, non-network, non-emergency services are not covered.

*Urgent care facilities must be part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO network in order to receive in-network benefits. Urgent care visits within the Embright network will be provided at no cost (after the deductible in the Advantage+ health plan). Other services such as labs and x-rays are subject to the deductible and coinsurance in both the Traditional Medical Plan and Advantage+ health plan.

Care across the continuum

Embright is a clinically integrated network that coordinates care across independent health systems aligned under a common goal. All members have access to a wide variety of doctors across the age and care continuum from preventive care to highly specialized care. Embright is committed to the health of all members. Primary care is the cornerstone of coordinated, effective healthcare because it provides the platform for members and their medical teams to catch conditions early and get healthy. Having a known, trusted team managing your healthcare is paramount to reaching your health goals.

Member/family-centered care

Embright is centered around you, the member. The doctors, clinics, and hospitals included in the Embright network are aligned under a common goal – providing you with quality care that is based on evidence and proven outcomes. The providers across the network work together to improve your experience and ensure you get the best care.

Boeing Well Being Programs

Enrolled members have access to all the same Boeing Well Being Programs whether you select a Standard or Preferred Partnership plan option.
