Who is Embright?
Embright is a clinically integrated network thoughtfully formed by UW Medicine, MultiCare Health System, and LifePoint Health. By intentionally choosing to work together, our integrated network provides you with an enhanced healthcare experience at a better value. We do this through our commitment to coordinated care. When you get medical care in the Embright network all your services are coordinated across your doctors and specialists. This holistic approach decreases frustration, saves you valuable time and money, and helps to achieve the best possible health outcomes.
What's changing?
Embright has added providers to the network for 2023. Notable changes include Proliance Orthopedic Associates Ambulatory Surgery Center in Renton and UW Medicine Primary and Specialty Clinic in Mountlake Terrace.
What is staying the same?
Preferred Partnership cost savings
As a member of the Preferred Partnership Plan option, you will continue to benefit from lower paycheck contributions for the Traditional Medical Plan and Select Network Plan.*
Experience no cost for in-network primary care provider office visits, and generic prescriptions are covered at 100% (you must first satisfy the annual deductible for the Advantage+ health plan, if applicable).
*If you are an active employee, you also receive an increased company contribution into your Health Savings Account if enrolled in the Advantage+ plan option. Visit Boeing Worklife and click on My Total Rewards & Benefits in the Quick access box to view detailed annual enrollment information including paycheck contributions and Health Savings Account comparisons starting Nov. 1 when annual enrollment begins.

What's new?
Embright offers a personalized member portal (available online) which will be a new feature for the current plan members in 2023. This Embright member portal is designed to give you and your family additional support, online resources, and act as a central point for when you need help. With Embright, you can expect seamless service through multiple support options outlined below. The Embright member portal is your one-stop shop for all your medical needs from scheduling appointments to finding the right doctor and answering coverage questions.
The Embright member portal does not replace a patient's MyChart or online account with their provider or health system.
