Login to your member portal with MyChart to access health records, lab results, medications, and summaries.
Login to MySeattleChildren’s to send a message to your Seattle Children’s provider, check lab and radiology results, view medication lists, clinic visit summaries, and discharge instructions, and view upcoming scheduled appointments.
Login to the Skagit Valley Hospital Patient Portal or the Skagit Valley Clinics MyChart portal to manage your health online.
